My services include MLS exposure, home staging, photography, advertising, open houses, and full support and advice through your buying or selling process. Home Staging Services
When you choose me as your listing agent, I provide complimentary home staging! This includes vacant or occupied homes. Why is home staging valuable? Home staging is a service that appeals to the emotions. Home buyers base majority of their decision on how the home made them feel. Putting furniture into a house helps the buyer to really visualize themselves in the home. In occupied homes, this may include eliminating items and replacing them with my inventory to provide a more designer look and appeal to a broader audience. I do my best to transform each house to show their true, upmost potential!
